what size should I order ?
please reference our size charts on our product pages. as a small business, we are still working on perfecting our sizing. please note - our ira dress has a slightly larger bust than our monti dress.
can I cancel my order ?
we try to process orders promptly. if you need to cancel your order, reach out to us at hello@shoplaterdays.com and we will try our best to assist you. once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order.
will I be charged duties ?
Canadian orders, and US orders under $800USD, will not be charged duties. international orders are subject to duties, these are the sole responsibility of the customer.
how are taxes calculated ?
taxes are based on your shipping address and not determined by Laterdays.

what if I receive a faulty or damaged item ?

what currency do you charge ?
Canadian orders will be charged in $CAD. all US and international orders will be charged in $USD.
what payment methods do you accept ?
we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and Paypal.
how much does shipping cost ?
we offer free shipping on Canadian and US orders over $150 USD (or $200 CAD), and $10 shipping on Canadian and US orders below the threshold. we offer flat rate shipping on international orders to select countries.
how long will it take to get my order ?
we process orders in 1-3 business days. US and Canadian orders will be delivered in 2 – 14 business days. international orders will be delivered in 5 - 25 business days depending on location. US and international orders are subject to custom delays.
do you offer free returns ?
we offer flat rate returns for $10 on all US and Canadian orders. the flat rate will be deducted from your return. return postage on international orders is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Laterdays.
how do I make a return ?
email us at hello@shopaterdays.com to start your return. please include your order number in the subject line.
what is Route ?
Route offers package protection against loss, theft, and damage during transit. if you choose to opt-out of Route protection, your package will not be covered or protected and Laterdays is not liable. Route charges are non-refundable.
