orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days. US and Canadian orders take between 2 - 14 business days to be delivered*, this is subject to delays during periods of high volumes. international orders take between 5 - 25 business days to be delivered depending on the location. if you have any specific questions please reach out to hello@shoplaterdays.com.
* delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the shipping carriers and cannot be guaranteed by Laterdays. all US and international orders are subject to customs delays.
please note, preorder and in-stock items will ship together. place a separate order for in-stock items if you want them to be shipped immediately.
US customers will not be charged duties on orders up to $800 USD. Laterdays is not responsible for fees incurred due to an order exceeding $800 USD.
import duties, customs, fees and taxes incurred on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. Laterdays is not responsible for any duties, customs, VAT or taxes. Laterdays has no control over these charges and cannot predict duties or fees as they vary by country. if you are unsure contact your local customs office for further information.
customs duties, applicable sales taxes, and fees not charged by Laterdays at checkout (ie., paid to a third party) are non-refundable by Laterdays. you may be able to recover these fees by contacting your local customs office directly.
all regular priced merchandise must be shipped within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund or shipped within 14 days for store credit. original shipping fees, applicable taxes, Route protection fees, duties, customs or VAT, will not be refunded by Laterdays. returns can take up to 3 weeks to process once received, we appreciate your patience and understanding. items purchased during our last chance sale are only eligible for exchange and not eligible for a refund.
to obtain a refund or store credit:
- all garments must be in their original condition with tags attached, and have no sign of wear, wash or damage (including but not limited to: scents/perfume, deodorant stains, stains, makeup etc.)
- Laterdays reserves the right to deny a return that does not meet the return/exchange criteria as stated above and it will be the customer's responsibility to arrange the collection of the garment(s).
- only authorized returns will be processed. items sent without approval will be refused and it will be the customer's responsibility to arrange the collection of the garment(s).
- if possible, please reuse the original packaging to reduce waste
- Laterdays does not price match during sale periods.
if you opt-out of Route package protection and cannot locate your package, please file a missing parcel claim with your shipping carrier or local authorities for verification purposes before reaching out to our customer service team at hello@shoplaterdays.com. Laterdays is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages without Route protection. we will do our best to help you locate your package.
